Calvit-K is a complimentary feed supplement that contains a standardized level Vitamin K2 (MK7) and 1.25-dihydroxycholecalciferol derived from natural sources. Calcium is absorbed from the diet and stored in the medullary cavity of the hen’s bones. When calcium is needed for the formation of an eggshell, it is released from the medullary cavity into the bloodstream.
